I create organic editorial imagery with a genuine life-stylistic approach that is full of energy.
Style:
I strive to make each session and image unique. I shoot 100% digital and use the highest quality professional Canon digital cameras with a full range of Canon professional lenses. We shoot on location only and use all natural light, we can come to your home or location of your choice, if you are new to the island I know plenty of gorgeous spots!
Come to your lifestyle portrait session ready to have fun and play with your children and family. This is a time to enjoy, not to be stiff and force a smile.
Sessions:
Lifestyle portrait packages include a session with Greer Rivera in a natural light location for 2 adults and 2 children. ($25 for each additional person) Session fee is for the time and talent of the photographer, an online gallery and a 16x20 print as well as all the edited images on a CD (sized to 4x6 in.).
The retainer is $150 to hold the date of your session.
Clothing:
If you are unsure about what to wear, have a few different outfits available at your session and I will be happy to assist you in a decision.
Simpler is always better and we find that classic, timeless clothing looks better on younger children while trendy, hip clothing looks adorable on older children.
Feel free to bring props such as hats, bathing suits (bikinis for little girls), hats and any accessory you would like to incorporate into your shoot.
For couple & family portraits please keep clothing consistent. It complements the photo nicely if all clothing matches.
Try to stay away from bold prints, or floral designs, as well as other distracting elements such as brand names or writing on clothing. Jeans and solid color shirts or a simple sun dress is perfect attire for a portrait session.

After your photos are edited you will receive an email with instructions on how to view your images in your own password protected online gallery. Please feel free to email your friends and family the gallery link and they will be able to view and purchase prints as well.
Your coffee table book will be finished 1-2 months from your portrait session date.
We do a thorough retouching on all images in your gallery. If additional retouching is needed it will be billed at $60 an hour.
